How To Guide

1. Create an Avila Soccer App Account

An email invite will be sent to set up an Avila App Account after purchasing a program. If you have not received an email invite to the app, please text Avila App support at 512.710.6406 and provide your name and email address.

With the Avila App, parents will be able to have their children’s schedule all in one place, be able to sign-up for skills classes, cancel classes, and check-in to classes.

For instructions on how to set-up an account, reserving and cancelling classes, and checking in, click on the following links.

2. Schedule Classes

Skills Classes

Players can attend up to 1.5 hours or 2 Specialty Skills Classes each day

  • Reserving classes is done through the Avila App
  • No crashing of classes, only attend the classes that you reserved for. Players may not be permitted to train if classes aren’t reserved.
  • Last minute sign-ups can be made an hour before class starts if spots are still available.

Scrimmages & Private Lessons

An appropriate day/time will be agreed-upon between Avila Soccer and Parent. Since these sessions happen on the same day and time each week, there is no need for scheduling these sessions, they will be automatically added to the Family Schedule on the App.

3. Check-in to Classes

1. Check-in prior to classes

Two ways to check-in:

  • Check-in through your Avila App
  • Use the computers in the lobby to check-in

2. Players must be dressed according to the mandatory dress code

Wearing your Avila shirt is mandatory. If not in an Avila shirt, players may be allowed to train but dress code violations will be noted and our staff will reach out to parents by phone. See complete dress code below.

3. Players must bring their own wristband

Players will be assigned a wristband on the player’s first day based on their existing level or result of the Baseline Assessment.

4. Start Training

Get on the field and enjoy your session!

Don't Forget to Cancel if Missing Classes

If Players will be missing classes, please make sure to cancel classes through the App before the scheduled class starts. This applies to all class types – Skills, Scrimmages, and Private Lessons. Players who don’t cancel and don’t show up will be considered a no-show and may be subject to a $10 fine.

Want a Scrimmage or Private Lesson Make-up?

Make-up Notes

  • Make-ups are not guaranteed
  • Only properly canceled sessions through the app will be entertained
  • Players may request make-ups from other location
  • Scrimmage make-ups may only be granted based on current age and level availability

How to Request a Make-up

Text the following information to 512.710.6406

  1. Request a make-up for {Player’s full name}
  2. Canceled scrimmage or Private Lesson
  3. Preferred days, times, and locations for make-up

Scrimmage Invites

In order to have balanced Scrimmages, Avila may invite players (of similar level and age group) to guest play and fill in for those who are absent. We’ve added a feature on the app so parents can easily accept or decline invites to Scrimmages. Players can be invited to locations other than their home turf.
