Avila Creative Soccer offers creative indoor soccer training to help players of all ages play brilliantly through a skill deconstruction, an assortment of specialized classes and accomplished trainers who place a strong focus on personal attention, participation, enjoyment, and individual growth. Avila Creative Soccer has 4 Austin-area facilities.
Who we need
Avila Creative Soccer is seeking Lobby Receptionists to be part of a team of receptionists who work together–one at each of the Austin-area Avila Soccer locations. Team work is needed as many of our patrons use more than one Avila location.
The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills, excellent organizational skills, be highly self-motivated, be able to work well with a team and build strong relationships with the Avila Soccer families.
Hours
- 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Monday-Friday
- 25 hours per week

Perks

Each receptionist will be paid 25 hours while only working 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients cheerfully and answer basic questions
- Check players in on lobby computers
- Make sure players adhere to dress code (wristbands & Avila shirts)
- Help trainers document players’ performance
- Relay messages to senior trainers
- Answer phone
- Call no shows from previous day’s classes
- Capture sales leads
- Identify players suitable for volunteer program
- Identify players suitable for scrimmage program
- Minor cleaning of lobby and tidying up
- Distribute marketing flyers
Pay Rate
$10-13 per hour
