There is the Total Performance Score, then there is Total Performance Score Monitoring
You get your score by taking the Avila Performance Assessment. That will determine your Armband Color; with monitoring, you can pay to receive regular written trainer feedback. It includes Progress Reports and a retest each month during the semester.
Why is Total Performance Score Monitoring Important?
The Trainers at Avila play too
Something very special happens at Avila each day. The coaches play too, alongside the players.
When coaches actually get down in the trenches and scrimmage, they get to know the majesty of your child. We have found that their feedback is invaluable because of the unique perspective they gain.
It only made sense to offer that feedback.
Get more than just the score
Get regular reports from the trainers on how to improve your Total Performance Score (and go up in Armband Color).
Harness the Trainers’ thoughts
That’s what Total Performance Score Monitoring is about. Plain and simple. Harnessing the feedback from the trainer in the form of regular Progress Reports and Exams that help your child improve even after they have left our fields of play for the day.
Something has been missing
Players learn through many mechanisms including: games, practices, even just messing around in the driveway with the ball. The list goes on. Something’s been missing.
The total picture
For many players, putting it altogether is like a puzzle with a piece missing. Adding in positive feedback the player can actually read can help them see the total picture.
The Avila Soccer unique value proposition
Such feedback is especially useful from someone who has actually gotten in there and played with your young aspiring player. That is the Avila Soccer unique value proposition.
It’s time for a TOTAL game changer. Get that personal attention down on paper all season long! Finally, you the parent can blow the whistle on conventional training and make the right call.
How it works
There will be 4 Performance Assessments and 4 Progress Reports alternating in a consecutive period included in the TPSM Upgrade. If you choose to have your TPS monitored, you may start anytime you want but must commit to 4 consecutive exams with subsequent progress reports. The assessments and reports are already scheduled on specific dates throughout the year. Please make sure to book your assessments and progress reports through the links below.
