An Avila staff will confirm your date and time. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

The entire facility (field and lobby) is yours to use for the whole 2 hours. You may come in early to set up any decorations/tableware, if you have any.

We love that you’d want to keep the party going! To extend the party to 3 hours, the cost will be an additional $75.

As many as you want! Unlike other party places, we don’t put a limit on how many guests can join the party.

Absolutely! What’s a party without them? We only ask that food and drinks be consumed in the lobby only (and loft for our Round Rock location) and that you clean up after yourselves. No food and drinks on the field, please.

Alcohol is allowed, but please drink responsibly.

Paper products and napkins, your own decorations, your music and a camera to capture memories!
