While a specific subdivision has not been named like 1, 2, 3 or 4, we still tend to get the best female players here despite the Division simply titled Women's. Many played in college or in the past, and or also played select soccer in their youth. We do see multiple ages here because as with the Men's division - it's open. In fact, history records in the original experimental adult league at Avila Anderson Mill (2005), it was a group of women in their 30's and 40's that beat the younger, more college-oriented group in the final playoff game. They even trained once a week at Avila in our Skills Classes (what we are commonly known for) which of course made us proud. But all had played in college so we can't take too much credit for readying that team.
Awesome perk: any player in our league is available to get free soccer lessons at our Anderson Mill location every Monday night at 8:45 pm!
