Avila Creative Soccer offers creative indoor soccer training to help players of all ages play brilliantly through a skill deconstruction, an assortment of specialized classes and accomplished trainers who place a strong focus on personal attention, participation, enjoyment, and individual growth. Avila Creative Soccer has 4 Austin-area facilities.
Who we need
Avila Creative Soccer is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Austin-based team. The ideal candidate should possess great communication skills, excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, ability to think outside the box and build strong relationships within the soccer community.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company services and programs
- Track and update sales accounts information regularly
- Communicate customer and prospect pain points to appropriate departments
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Regularly meet and/or exceed sales goals and quotas
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Identify, catalogue and coordinate events scheduled by local soccer clubs (eg. tournaments, staff meetings, club parties)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-4 years of sales experience
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Willingness to train an expansion team (2-7 year goal)
- Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers’ license and be able to travel within established geographic areas, as necessary
