Inspired by kids across the nation who are at home due to shelter-in-place orders, we decided to open the Avila Vault and the imaginations of many who perhaps for a long time have felt something new has been needed.
This dear to our brand series of originals, divulges key bullet points to 12 of our signature moves and combinations. It represents a chance to glimpse, MOVE BY MOVE, the creative world of Avila Methodology. If you are stir-crazy at home, and feeling socially isolated, these mini online workshops may just be the remote remedy your kid needs.
4 Simple Steps
1. Pick the video(s) that inspire you most
There are 12 amazing moves available.
2. Purchase single moves or packages
Players can follow-along in a class or do a one-on-one Private Lesson with an Avila trainer for the specific move.
3. Sign up for a time slot
Each move will be offered twice so players can choose which day/time they prefer. Online Private Lessons are more flexible as players can choose their own time slot.
4. Submit your video for feedback (optional)
After practicing a move, players can send us videos of their moves for feedback from a sports science perspective. Send videos to 512.710.6406 or tag us on social media with #AvilaMoveByMove

Help your young player take their ball control to a new level with this fun, stylistic and compelling series hosted on Zoom for a limited time.
Tired of the same 40 year old Coerver series of moves? Today, Soccer is a game that belongs to America too. It is right to give the new generation new moves to practice, but this time, ones designed to be loved by the players themselves. Think of this series as a facelift of sorts to the plain step-overs and scissors that were introduced here in the 70’s to help American coaches and parents teach their kids soccer.
Tag us on social media or send your version of the move

Top 3 submissions of each move will be re-posted with an explanation from a sports science perspective of why they were picked.
Backyards be their canvas
Creative souls know that true ball control can only be applied with the finesse of a brush stroke. Help them paint by the numbers, move by move, with this aesthetically beautiful series at home.
Parents: download the zoom.app so your kids are ready for their first lesson. Please do not let your children create their own accounts.
The ideal space would be a 10’x10′ grass or flat surface with a wall or net. The wall or net is not required, but it could be helpful so players don’t have to chase the ball too far
You may use your phone to follow along with the lessons, but a bigger screen like an iPad or a laptop would be better for viewing purposes.
If training in the backyard/outdoors, use wireless earphones or attach a speaker to the computer to be able to hear the trainers better.
