Our Shooting Mechanics Clinic is a fantastic way to improve your shooting skills. In the clinic, we'll deconstruct and review every aspect of shooting in detail: visualization, approach, plant foot positioning, setting the frame, angle of release, turning radius, rotary momentum, follow-through and critical velocity.

The Shooting Mechanics Clinics are great for:

• The player who passes instead of shoots in front of the goal.
• Anyone who has never been shown proper shooting technique.
• Players in pre-season, on vacation or whose practice is rained out. We play indoors.
• Elite players who need to improve their form.
• Anyone who would like to score more on game day.

Facility

Our indoor, climate-controlled, synthetic grass training facility is state-of-the-art with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Come experience a facility that feels more like a home than a business.
